Frequently Asked Questions
What is Permanent Jewelry?
It means that the piece is welded together or linked right onto your body with no clasp. It is more of a semi-permanent piece of jewelry if and when you need to remove or take it off you can cut it at the jump ring. The process takes less than minutes to complete. The hardest part is picking from the selection of chains and charms.
What if it breaks or I remove it?
While our jewelry is meant to be worn everyday. It is still fine jewelry and accidents can happen. If your jewelry breaks at the weld or you cut it off, we will re-attach free of charge once.
What types of chains do you offer?
We currently offer a variety of 14k Gold Filled and Sterling Silver chains. We will be offering several design choices at each event. If there is a specific chain you would like, you can let us know. If you would like 14k Gold, we will have a few options available and need to request prior.
How do I take care of my Permanent Jewelry?
The best way to clean your permanent jewelry is by using some dish soap, soft cloth and water. We recommend not to allow them to come in direct contact with lotions, perfumes and oils. The jewelry will become dull and not as shiny.
I have sensitive skin, is gold filled or sterling silver better for me?
Gold filled jewelry is mostly safe for sensitive skin. It is safe to wear your permanent jewelry on a daily basis.
